About your invoices
I purchased using two different e-mail addresses
Your area only shows purchases paid with the address you entered. If you used a personal address and then a work one, simply make the request again with the second, and you will receive a link for each. If you would rather have everything in one place, write to us: we will link your addresses together, and a single link will do from then on.
I am not receiving the link
Three causes, in order of frequency. The e-mail landed in your spam folder. The purchase was paid with an address other than the one you entered, which often happens when an employer or a partner paid. Or the purchase predates our current payment system. In the last two cases, write to us with the approximate date of purchase.
What can I do in this area?
Download all your invoices as PDFs, review your payment history, follow your instalment schedule if you pay in several instalments, and update your bank card without having to send us the details.
I paid in instalments, where do I stand?
The full schedule is in your area: amounts already paid, remaining instalments and collection dates. Each instalment has its own invoice, also downloadable.
My card has expired or been replaced
Update it yourself from your area, without writing to us and without sending us your bank details. Later instalments will be charged to the new card.
My invoice must be in my company's name
That is possible, but it has to be decided at the time of purchase: the company name and VAT number must appear on the invoice when it is issued. If your invoice has already been issued in your own name, write to us and we will correct it.
Why does the link expire?
Because it opens access to your billing data. A time-limited link means a forwarded e-mail, or one read on a shared computer, does not leave that access open behind you. Requesting a new one is immediate.
