Our results, and how they are calculated

We publish four results indicators on our programme pages. A figure without its method means nothing: this page gives, for each indicator, the population measured, the basis of calculation, the formula and the limits of interpretation. It answers the transparency requirement on the methods used to calculate published results set by the French national quality framework (référentiel national qualité).

1. What was measured

The published figures all relate to one and the same session: the Auricular Causative Diagnosis, Fundamentals programme, from 3 February to 7 March 2026, followed online.

Population

135 participants, that is, everyone enrolled in this session who received access to the course content.

Data collection

Online questionnaire, sent to all participants after the end of the session. Responses collected from 7 to 29 March 2026.

Participation

83 complete responses, a response rate of 61% (83 ÷ 135 = 61.5%, rounded down to the nearest whole number).

Basis of calculation

The 83 respondents, not the 135 participants. No indicator is calculated on the full enrolment.

Voluntary response

The questionnaire was optional and anonymous. It was neither rewarded nor made a condition for receiving any document.

Processing

Data entry and analysis were entrusted to a provider outside the teaching team. The analysis report is kept at the disposal of the certification body and of any funding body that requests it.

2. Each indicator, its formula

Percentages are rounded to one decimal place. No response was excluded from the calculation; no weighting was applied.

3. What these figures do not say

Three precautions of interpretation, which we prefer to write ourselves.

They relate to the respondents. 52 participants did not answer. Nothing guarantees that they would have answered like the others: in any optional survey, satisfied people respond more readily than others. A 61% response rate is high for this kind of survey, but it does not remove that bias.

They measure satisfaction, not clinical outcomes. These indicators say what learners thought of the content, the teaching, the materials and the conditions of study. They measure neither the effectiveness of a practice nor any benefit for patients, and imply nothing about either.

They are self-reported and cover a single session. They rest on what respondents declared, without external verification, and do not yet form a series: the February 2026 session is the first measured since the provider's registration.

4. What we do not publish yet

We would rather announce the missing indicators than let the list appear complete.

Completion rate and attendance. The tracking arrangements needed to establish them reliably (individual attendance records, traceable validation of practical cases) were not in place for the February 2026 session. They are in place for the September 2026 session: these two indicators will be published once that session ends.

Job-placement, return-to-work or certification rates. They are not applicable here. Our programmes are continuing education for healthcare professionals already in practice; they prepare for no qualification listed in the French RNCP or Répertoire spécifique registers, open no new right to practise and lead to no regulated profession. We therefore publish no career-outcome figures, and promise none.

5. Updates

These indicators are recalculated after each session, using the same method, and this page is dated at each revision. The figures shown on the programme pages always refer to the session described here; when they change, this page changes at the same time.
