Why this programme

Broaden the clinical reading to the whole body

The DAC (Auricular Causative Diagnosis) teaches you to analyse imbalances through the auricle. The Symphony of the Meridians extends this approach: it studies the body's major meridian systems and their interactions, to refine therapeutic reasoning, point selection and the coherence of treatments.

By the end of the programme, you will be able to relate the meridian systems within an overall view of the patient and build better-structured strategies, a skill you integrate into your practice according to your own judgement.

Educational framework. This training programme is designed to develop professional skills; it does not guarantee any individual clinical outcome and is not a substitute for the practitioner's own judgement.

The Symphony of the Meridians is intended for healthcare professionals who have already completed the DAC · Fundamentals programme or the Inter-University Diploma (DIU) in Scientific Acupuncture. It extends and structures the foundations acquired, to integrate the body's meridians into a more advanced clinical practice.

A medical doctor and doctor of science, founder and director of studies of the Inter-University Diploma (DIU) in Scientific Acupuncture (Faculty of Medicine, Université Paris-Saclay), Dr Nadia Volf developed the DAC and designed this programme. She leads its live sessions and the closing practical seminar.

Before you enrol

What are the prerequisites?

Having completed the DAC · Fundamentals programme organised by AcuSeminars, or holding the Inter-University Diploma (DIU) in Scientific Acupuncture.

How does the programme run?

Three months of online training with three live sessions, followed by a two-day closing practical seminar in Paris. Two sessions in 2027: in spring, from March to June (closing seminar on 4 and 5 June 2027), and in autumn, from September to December (closing seminar on 10 and 11 December 2027). The live sessions come with a replay.

How do payment and access work?

Enrolment and payment are handled by bank card (€1,450 or 6 × €266). Access to the online content is then provided in your learning space on acuseminars.com, and is guaranteed for 90 days from the end date of your session (5 June 2027 in spring, 11 December 2027 in autumn). The final exam closes on that end date. The whole programme is organised by AcuSeminars.

Is a certificate issued?

Yes: an AcuSeminars training certificate is issued when you pass the final exam, no later than the end date of your session (5 June 2027 in spring, 11 December 2027 in autumn). The exam has a theory part, the online end-of-programme questionnaire passed with at least 15/20, and a practical part, an assessment of your technique at the closing seminar in Paris. The online pathway must also be completed to 100% and the fee paid in full. After the end date, your content remains available for 90 days for revision, but the exam is closed and the certificate can no longer be obtained. The end-of-training certificate required by French law is issued in all cases.

Funding

Training that may be funded

AcuSeminars is a Qualiopi-certified training provider (Actions de formation, certificate no. 3747). This certification is a necessary but not sufficient condition for most French funding schemes: it guarantees no funding. The decision rests with the funding body, which applies its own eligibility criteria. The relevant body depends on your profession and status:

FAF-PM Self-employed doctors practising in France: application to the Fonds d'Assurance Formation de la Profession Médicale, under its annual rules.

FIF-PL Other self-employed health professionals (midwives, physiotherapists, nurses, osteopaths…): funding may be available depending on the criteria approved each year for your profession. The application must be filed before the training starts; check with FIF-PL whether the subject is eligible.

OPCO / employer Salaried professionals in France: funding through your organisation's OPCO, under the skills-development plan.

Personal funds Individual enrolment: for self-employed practitioners, training costs related to the activity are in principle a deductible expense. This depends on your tax regime: please check with your accountant.

Quote and detailed programme: request them online (form in French); they are emailed to you after review. A training agreement for an employer or OPCO comes with them. Enrolments funded by an institution, an employer or a training fund are subject to a specific fee schedule, provided with the quote. Proof of professional practice (RPPS, ADELI or equivalent) may be requested. These trainings are eligible neither for DPC nor for CPF funding. Reduced rate −30% for residents (internes) and recipients of minimum social benefits, on proof.
