Ethics charter

This charter sets out how AcuSeminars communicates, sells and teaches. It is public so that it can be held against us. It applies to every contributor to our programmes.

1. A professional audience, exclusively

Our programmes are intended for healthcare professionals — physicians, midwives, physiotherapists, nurses, osteopaths, microsystem practitioners. Proof of professional practice may be requested at registration. The general public is directed to dedicated resources, separate from the professional offering.

2. The organisation sells, the physician teaches

AcuSeminars (AERIAL GROUP, SAS) designs, organises and markets the programmes. Physicians who contribute do so exclusively as teachers: their name identifies pedagogical and scientific responsibility, never a sales argument. No sale is ever concluded directly with a contributor.

3. No promise of results

Our programmes aim at the acquisition of professional skills by learners. AcuSeminars promises no clinical outcome for patients and no business growth, and states that teaching never substitutes for the practitioner's own diagnostic and therapeutic judgement.

4. Sober, verifiable communication

Contributors' titles and positions are presented factually and match verifiable sources. Published figures are sourced and dated. We rule out unverifiable superlatives, comparisons with other organisations or practitioners, and high-pressure sales mechanics such as countdown timers or fake discounts.

5. Learner reviews, never patient testimonials

Published reviews come exclusively from healthcare professionals who have attended our programmes, and concern teaching quality. No patient testimonial and no claim of therapeutic result is published, in accordance with article R.4127-19-1 of the French Public Health Code.

6. Scientific content presented with measure

The foundations of the methods taught are presented for educational purposes, on the basis of available data, stating their degree of validation — including where data are partial or still under evaluation. Reference institutional assessments, notably the 2013 INSERM report on auriculotherapy, serve as the framework.

7. Transparency of interests

Links between contributors and AcuSeminars are publicly declared on this site, in line with the recommendations of the French National Council of the Order of Physicians regarding article R.4127-13.

8. Quality and continuous improvement

AcuSeminars is Qualiopi-certified for training actions (certificate no. 3747, QUALIANOR) and applies the requirements of the French national quality framework: systematic evaluation of programmes by learners, handling of complaints, accessibility and continuous improvement.

Adherence

This charter is upheld by AERIAL GROUP (SAS) and applies to all contributors to AcuSeminars programmes. Any observation regarding its application can be sent to us via the contact form. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy: read the charter in French.
