- Programme, objectives and assessment

- Delivery and support
- Online programmes combine self-paced video modules with live sessions, which are recorded and available as replays. Technical and educational support is provided throughout, with a reply within 48 working hours, through the contact form.
- Internal rules and terms of sale
- Internal rules (in French, as a French statutory document) · Terms of sale. Clause 10 of the terms sets out cancellation and withdrawal rights, including the French vocational training contract regime that applies when you fund the programme individually and at your own expense.
- Training contract or agreement
- A vocational training contract, or an agreement where an employer or an OPCO is funding the programme, is drawn up before the programme starts whenever the regulations require it. Request it through the contact form before paying.
- Learner relations and accessibility
- Your contact, who is also the disability officer, is Gaëtan Achenza, reachable through the contact form. Tell him about any need for adjustment when you enrol, or at any point during the programme.
- Complaints
- Any complaint sent through the contact form is acknowledged within 48 working hours and answered within 30 days at the latest (clause 14 of the terms of sale). Where a dispute is not settled amicably, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to the CM2C mediator (clause 15).
